In order to help you, we have thought of giving you some answers to the questions you possibly are asking yourself right now.

We suggest our guests the Allianz Booking Protection Insurance. For more details click here. Please be aware that the insurance can be purchased not later than 11:59 pm of the day following the deposit payment.
To confirm the reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit (30% of the total amount).
If you make a reservation for less than 7 nights, the deposit will be 100% of the amount.
The payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
The deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation, you can use it for a new booking in another period of the same season or give it to someone else.
Yes, you can change your reservation without any fee if you shorten it of 1 or 2 nights from the stay indicated on the confirmation letter.
You will be charged a 50,00€ fee whether:
- You shorten your reservation of 3 or more nights compared to the stay indicated on the confirmation letter.
- You ask for a change of period on your already confirmed stay
To speed up the check-in procedure, we remind you to upload your travel companions’ details by the link we will send you together with the possibility of paying the final balance. In this way, your permanence in the office will be limited just to the time of the ID of all the occupants check and the delivery of the keys, which will be sanitized at each change.
Arrivals - the Mobilhomes and the equipped pitches “Airone” are available in the afternoon from 5:00 PM, whereas the “standard” pitches are availble from 3:00 PM Departures – the Mobilhomes and the equipped pitches “Airone” have to be left no later than 10:00 AM, whereas the “standard” pitches have to be left no later than 12:00.
The reception is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in summer.
There is a night surveillance service from 11 p.m.
Yes, a one-hour visit is permitted after showing an ID. Access is allowed on foot only.
Yes, the tourist tax is not included in the price and it will have to be paid at the check-in. The tax amount is € 1,00 per person per day (only for people over 12 y/o) for the first 10 days.
Mobilhomes: the price includes from 2 to 6 people, water, light, gas, car parking, TV, A/C and VAT.
Pitches: the price includes with water connection, EEC-type electric power connection (220 volt), TV connection, wash-water outlet, grass surface.
Camping guests can use the common toilets located in the center of the structure, the swimming pool, the common barbecue area and free WIFI. Access to the free beach or to the equipped beach (for a fee) in front of the campsite is included.
No, Airone mobile homes and pitches must be left clean, without rubbish, the dishes washed, the fridge emptied and defrosted, the windows closed, otherwise the cost of cleaning will be charged.
Yes, there is a laundry room with 3 washing machines and a dryer that works with Euro coins.
It is possible to use your own detergent or buy single-serving sachets from the vending machine available at the laundry itself.
Yes, the animation service is held nearby the swimming pool, with acquagym and miniclub, All the camping guests can take part for free to the activities organized by the animation team outside the campsite.
For the enjoyment of children, a small playground with slide and swings is available inside the campsite. A few steps away you can find the "PeterPan Park" fully stocked with games and staff for the miniclub. Not far away there is also the "Altalandia", a paid games area for children with electric cars, trampolines, inflatables, etc. Other services dedicated to children are: the baby bathroom, with the "right height" toilet and sink and the nursery. Upon request at the reception, cots and bed rails are available free of charge.

Yes, there is a bike rental outside the campsite (500mt).
The camping is 100mt from Altanea’s beach and it has a direct access.
It is possible to book your beach place. The beach place, with 1 sun umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sunbed can be rented by our guests at a reduced weekly rate. For further information, please contact info@marelago.it
A free shuttle service is available with runs approximatively every 20 minutes, which runs through the resort towards the beach, and observes the following time: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM- 03:30 PM - 07:00 PM
All standard pitches are equipped with a white water drain: therefore, only soapy water from showers and sinks can be discharged. The black water drain is available at the central service block.
Yes, all our pitches are equipped with power connection for 220 Volt/16 Ampère. (CEE plug for Standard pitches).
Yes, cars can be parked on the pitch next to the tent or Mobilhome.
The campsite does not have an internal restaurant or self-service, but a bar with a terrace, which, in addition to coffee, drinks and ice cream, also offers snacks, salads and pizzas.
Yes, the use of electric or gas grills is allowed, as long as it does not create any disturb or problems for nearby guests, you cannot make barbecues with wood or charcoal, except in the appropriate common area.
There is no doctor inside the campsite. At about 100 m. at the "La Quercia" Gallery there is a medical clinic that generally observes the following timings: 10.30 AM - 12.30 PM/ 04.00 PM- 06.00 PM.
No, pets are not allowed in the camping.
In order to promote sustainable and conscious tourism as well as the adoption of good practices in tourism, the City Administration has provided for the determination of the entry fee to the Old City of the Municipality of Venice and other smaller islands of the lagoon. (Lido di Venezia compreso Alberoni e Malamocco, Pellestrina, Murano, Burano, Torcello, Sant‘Erasmo, Mazzorbo, Mazzorbetto, Vignole, S. Andrea, La certosa, S. Servolo, S. Clemente, Poveglia, Sacca Sessola).
Those who plan to visit the Old City of Venice without staying overnight, must book their visit on the specific computer application and, except for the conditions of exclusion and exemption provided by the Regulations, make the relevant payment of the fee of € 5,00 per person.
Bookings are made by entering the visitor's first name and last name in the form at this link or in the dedicated app. Once you have registered, you will be able to choose whether to download the voucher with QR-code and booking code or receive an email to the email address of the person who made the booking.
On a trial basis for 2024, booking and payment of the entry fee will apply from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days:
- 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 April
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May
- 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 June
- 6, 7, 13, 14 July
Children under 14 years are not required to pay and do not need to place a reservation for access. They have to prove their age with a valid identity document.
